The Registration Process
NMLA hopes that you have a smooth registration process. At time of registration you will have the opportunity to order a variety of services and products. The Las Cruces Convention Center is providing conference services this year, and you can purchase accommodations such as extra tables and chairs, electricity service, and more. NMLA offers purchase of ad space in its Conference Program, sponsorship packages, and tickets to the Thursday Awards Ceremony Dinner and the Friday Youth Author Luncheon.
To facilitate the process, before registering please familiarize yourself with the following details on services and products available through the registration process.

Conference Program Ad Space
Promote your library services, products and educational offerings in NMLA's 2026 Conference Program. If you would like to purchase advertising without registering and attending, please visit our online store. To provide the best possible product, NMLA requests that you provide JPG files of no less than 300 dpi resolution. Lodging is not processed by NMLA, but we do provide here online access to several local lodging options.
The Fine Print
Cancellation Policy: Due to costs associated with the conference, cancellation requests must be received in writing by 09/30/2026, email to contact@nmla.org. Payment is non-refundable after this date.
