Make sure that you change all of your promotional materials for the GO Bond from GO Bond B to GO Bond 2. The Bonds for Libraries SIG have updated their website to include advocacy ideas and adaptable promotional materials at https://nmbondsforlibraries.wildapricot.org/.
Please remember, absentee voting ballots will be mailed out on October 11th before the election. Early voting begins on October 11th It’s not too soon to begin advocating for the passage of GO Bond 2.
Here is the calendar for the November 8th 2022 election:
October 11: Voter registration (by mail or online) closes.
October 11: First day that absentee ballots can be mailed to voters (who have submitted an absentee application), and first day of Early Voting (at the county clerk’s office).
October 22: Expanded Early Voting begins at alternate voting locations.
November 3: Last day to request an absentee ballot.
November 5: Last day of early voting.
November 8: General Election Day.
