Booth Details: Exhibitor service kits from Convention Services of the Southwest will be provided. Booth spaces are 10' x 8' and include a table, two chairs, drapes and signage.
Lunch Options: Two boxed lunches are provided on Thursday 10/27/22 and Friday 10/28/22 with the standard booth registration. For non-profit booths, a boxed lunch can be purchased with your registration. Please indicate your lunch options on the registration page. Option 1: ABQ Turkey Croissant (turkey, bacon, Swiss, avocado, lettuce, tomato) or Option 2: Grilled Veggie Wrap (zucchini, squash, bell pepper, mushroom, balsamic dressing, spinach and chipotle mayo).
Lodging: Exhibitors interested in staying at the Marriott during the conference can reserve rooms with our special group rate. For more information call 1-800-262-2043 and mention 'New Mexico Library Association Annual Conference 2022'. Group rate expires Monday 10/10/22.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the costs associated with the conference, lunch and booth space cancellations must be made in writing to annual_conference@nmla.org by Wednesday 10/12/22. Payment is non-refundable after this date.
