NMLA 2024 Annual Conference: Exhibitor Registration

Welcome to the New Mexico Library Association's 101st annual conference. This year's theme, Dragons in the Dark: Demystifying Librarianship in the Age of AI and Censorship, asks New Mexican librarians to come together and talk about tough situations and “impossible” problems. What dragons has your library been dealing with? How did you slay them? Or what are you doing to confront them?Exhibitors will have opportunities to meet decision-makers from New Mexico's diverse library community including professionals from academic, public, school, tribal, museum and special libraries across the state.

• Non-profit registration: Spaces $50, Lunches TBD.

Exhibitor set-up - 7:00 AM

Opening reception - 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

• Thursday October 24th:

Exhibit hall opens - 8:00 AM

Lunch - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Exhibit hall closes - 5:00 PM

• Friday October 25th:

Exhibit hall opens - 8:00 AM

Lunch - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Exhibitor tear-down - 2:00 PM

Conference Program Ad Specs: Promote your library services, products and educational offerings in NMLA's 2024 Conference Program. 300 dpi resolution and JPG file formats are preferred.

• Quarter page -   3 3/4" x 5", 1125 × 1500 pixels
• Half page -   7½" x 5", 2250 × 1500 pixels
• Full page -  7½" x 10", 2250 × 3000 pixels

Lodging: Exhibitors can reserve rooms with NMLA's 2024 Conference special rate at the Holiday Inn Suites. This special rate applies to bookings ranging from 10/22/2024 through 10/26/2024. Rooms must be booked by 09/31/2024 to secure this rate. Exhibitors can also reserve rooms at Home2 Suites and Townplace Suites. For more information, reach out to the NMLA at contact@nmla.org.

Cancellation Policy: Due to costs associated with the conference, lunch and booth space cancellations must be made in writing by 10/12/2024 to contact@nmla.org. Payment is non-refundable after this date.
