In anticipation of the Centennial Conference, NMLA has put together a list of past conferences, themes, locations, attendance and NMLA Presidents. It is a great portrait of how NMLA has evolved over the century. Some fun facts; three of the association's Presidents have the first name "Mildred". Seventy six of NMLA's presidents are women, eighteen are men. Before 1950, two women served three separate terms as President (Wilma Loy Shelton from the University of New Mexico and Salome Anthony from Santa Fe Public Library). Three women and one man served two separate terms.

This forum is an opportunity to share your memories and experiences of NMLA as we celebrate 100 years of library advocacy and collaboration in New Mexico. Congratulations to the membership!
