Oversight and administration of the State Library's regular federal LSTA budget of over $1.5 million, and any special federal grants. Processes requisitions for internal LSTA-funded programs. Reconciles budget monthly using the SHARE accounting system and prepares monthly federal draws. Recommends and prepares Budget Adjustment Requests (BAR) for federal funds. Processes Journal Entries as needed. Manages P-Card (credit card) and petty cash purchases and completes monthly reconciliations. Assists in the preparation of financial records for the yearly audit.
