The New Mexico Library Association’s 2015 Spring Mini-Conference will focus on how information professionals can emphasize our common mission, goals, passions, and other similarities in the work that we do for our communities.  This conference is an opportunity to showcase initiatives, software, programs, and services — all of the creative ways in which different libraries are meeting the shared challenge of serving communities throughout New Mexico.  The Mini-Conference traditionally provides an opportunity for us to travel to smaller communities within the state and collaborate with libraries and library staff in those areas.

Please send Exhibitor Contract and the Sponsorship Opportunities form via mail or email as a PDF to nmlaminiconference@gmail.com.  With these forms, you must submit a check or purchase order, or you can pay on the NMLA Store with credit card or PayPal.

Contract must be received by March 27, 2015 to be included in the Mini-Conference Program.  Full payment must be received by April 3, 2015.

Lodging

Sky City Casino/Hotel = $59 + room tax of 12%. Breakfast is included. Amenities include casino, buffet, entertainment, fitness room, and arcade. Conference Schedule

Conference will be held Thursday-Friday at the K’awaika Center: 22 Bay Tree Rd., Paraje, NM 87007.
Opening reception!  Refreshments and lunch included with registration. Visit with vendors!

10:00-1:00pm – Tour of Sky City Cultural Center & Haak’u Museum Pueblo

1:00-4:00pm – NMLA Board Meeting at the K’awaika Center

5:00-7:00pm – Opening Reception at the K’awaika Center
