Bylaws & Procedural Manual

The Bylaws are the governing document of the Association and the Procedures are the guidelines for the Association. Any changes made to the Bylaws must be voted on by the NMLA Membership. After changes have been made, the President and Vice President must sign, date and submit the Bylaws to the New Mexico Attorney Generals’ office not more than 60 days after changes to be in compliance with New Mexico non-profit laws.
