Your receipt will be emailed to you, unless you request otherwise. If you have special dietary needs, please contact us.
Exhibitor set-up will be Wednesday, November 2, 12-4:30 p.m. The exhibit floor will be open:
- Wednesday, November 2, 4:30 p.m. -6:30 p.m.
- Thursday, November 3, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday, November 4, 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The exhibitor reception will be on Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Cutoff date will be October 3, 2016. Note that the sponsorship levels are included in the exhibitor contract.
